Tender Description
The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore, has issued a corrigendum for the procurement of IT Equipment and Multimedia Production Equipment. This corrigendum refers to the original tender notice IPL-9703 published in The Nation and Jang newspapers on 16th and 18th September 2026 respectively, and uploaded on the PPRA and Punjab E-Procurement System websites on 13th September 2026. Corrigendum no. 1 was uploaded on 23rd September 2026.
The submission deadline for bids has been extended from 1st October 2026 to 5th October 2026 (Monday) at 03:00 PM (PST), with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM (PST).

Bidders can download the corrigendum notice and amended bidding documents from the Punjab E-Procurement System website (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (http://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Alternatively, documents can be collected from the office address during working hours.
All other terms and conditions of the original bidding documents remain unchanged.
