Audio & Video Conference System for BZU Committee Room

Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan invites manufacturing companies, sole distributors, and well-reputed firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments to participate in the procurement of an Audio & Video Conference System for the BZU Committee Room located in Multan. Items being procured: - Audio & Video Conference System for BZU Committee Room The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and no other submission method will be accepted. Bid security must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of the Punjab as per the Punjab e-Procurement System guidelines; no physical financial instruments such as CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order will be accepted. The procurement process follows the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder quoting rates inclusive of all applicable taxes. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 5% of the total purchase order value in favor of the Treasurer, B.Z.U. Multan, valid for six months. Failure to supply within the required period will result in forfeiture of the performance guarantee and further action as per rules. Bids must be submitted on or before the deadline of 15-10-2026, 01:30 p.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Office of the Purchase Officer or Committee Room, B.Z. University Multan. In case of holidays, the opening will be deferred to the next working day.
