3D Scanner Operator and Designer Services

Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC) Lahore is procuring professional 3D scanning and reverse engineering services to support local manufacturing industries. The contract is for an experienced individual to operate 3D scanning equipment, convert physical components into accurate CAD models, and provide detailed engineering drawings including assembly, part, fabrication, and electrical layouts. The scope includes scanning mechanical parts, sheet metal components, molds, and machinery elements with software proficiency in AutoCAD, Geomagic Studio, Autodesk Revit, and PowerShape or equivalents. The service provider will also support tooling and product design improvements and maintain confidentiality of client data. Eligible bidders must hold a minimum Bachelor's degree, a Mechanical Draughtsman certificate with at least 12 years of relevant experience, and a strong background in CAD/CAM design and industrial product development. Experience in teaching CAD/CAM technical courses for at least 10 years is also required. Bidders must submit a detailed CV and educational certificates through the E-PADS system. Financial proposals will only be considered from technically compliant bidders. A bid security in the form of a Bid Securing Declaration on E Stamp Paper of PKR 200 is mandatory. The contract duration is initially one year, extendable up to three years, with monthly payments made by cheque after tax deductions. Proposals remain valid for 90 days.
