Framework Agreement for Repair of IT Equipment by Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Islamabad

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs) Islamabad invites prequalification applications for a Framework Agreement for Repair of IT Equipment. This open framework agreement aims to prequalify reputable, experienced, and financially sound firms for the provision of repair and maintenance services for IT equipment and networking devices on an as-and-when-required basis. The agreement duration is 36 months with a delivery schedule of 5 days for repair of 500 IT equipment units. Items being procured: - Repair of IT Equipment (500 units) The technical scope includes repair and maintenance services with availability of spare parts and technical expertise in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Eligible bidders must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, valid NTN/STRN registration as active taxpayers, a no-blacklisting affidavit, and sound financial standing supported by a one-year bank statement. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of PKR 100,000/- in favor of the Assistant Collector (HQ), Islamabad is required as bid security. Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement (EPADS) system by Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 04:00 PM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 04:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. A hard copy of the application must also be submitted directly to the Collectorate office at Plot No. 24, Mauve Area, Sector G-9/1, Islamabad. The evaluation will be conducted on a Quality Based Selection (QBS) basis with a minimum qualifying score of 70 out of 100 marks.
