Framework Agreement for Repair of Hardware - Prequalification Invitation by Collectorate of Customs Enforcement

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs) invites national applicants for prequalification under an Open Framework Agreement for the repair of hardware. This framework agreement will enable on-demand supply of repair services through subsequent call-off contracts during the agreement period. Applications must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the prequalification documents and submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 8, 2026, 04:00 PM. Applications will be opened electronically on the same day at 04:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may complete their registration at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Guidance on registration and bid submission is available on the portal. The Open Framework Agreement is expected to be signed with successful bidders on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, for a period of 36 months. The process is governed by Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified accordingly.
