Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply and installation of two 3KW hybrid solar power systems at the Civil Court Building and Bar Association in Mirpur Bathoro, under the District & Sessions Court, Sujawal. The project focuses on deploying high-efficiency solar technology to ensure reliable and sustainable power solutions in Sindh's judicial district.
The scope includes provision of hybrid inverters, Tier-1 MonoPERC solar panels, lithium-ion deep cycle batteries, and all necessary mounting, wiring, and electrical components. Installation will be completed within 30 days of purchase order issuance, with testing and commissioning at the specified sites. The systems are designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, including wind resistance up to 150 km/h, ensuring durability and long-term performance.
Bidders must be registered contractors or suppliers with proven experience in similar projects, active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List, and compliant with all tax registrations including NTN and GST. PEC registration and relevant category certification are advised to meet procurement standards for the fiscal year 2025-26. Earnest Money and Performance Guarantees are mandatory, with bid validity of 90 days.
Submission deadline is at 09:00 AM on 25th April 2026, with bid opening at 09:30 AM the same day at the Office of the Additional District Judge-I, Sujawal. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement portal. Physical bids will not be accepted. The address for correspondence is District & Sessions Court, Sujawal.
