Tender Description
The tender invites sealed bids for the time charter of a Trailer Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD) with a minimum hopper capacity of 13,500 m³. The scope includes provision of a fully operational dredging vessel compliant with international maritime standards, capable of maintenance and capital dredging in port channels. The contract duration is initially 120 days, extendable by up to 365 days. Bidders must demonstrate technical, operational, and financial capability, including vessel class certification, crew qualifications, and past dredging experience. The procurement follows PPRA rules with a two-envelope bidding process. Key deliverables include mobilization, daily dredging operations, reporting, and demobilization. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject bids without liability.
