Documentary Filmmaking and Production Services for Confidential Defence Work at Karachi

Pakistan Navy Dockyard NCW Department invites sealed bids from reputed and experienced documentary filmmakers and production houses for confidential defence-related work at Karachi. The procurement involves specialized equipment and activities, with details to be shared only with shortlisted bidders under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Bidding documents containing terms, conditions, technical requirements, and evaluation criteria will be issued to eligible firms upon signing the NDA. Firms must be registered with relevant tax and Navy authorities and submit quotations inclusive of all applicable taxes. The contract requires a security deposit of 2% of the total contract amount upon signing.
