Active and Passive Networking QHAMC MTI Nowshera

Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (MTI) Nowshera invites sealed bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for the procurement of Active and Passive Networking equipment for QHAMC MTI, Nowshera. This procurement is conducted under National Competitive Bidding following KP-KPRA rules 2014 with Single Stage Two Envelope Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) procedures. Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ALT). Items being procured: - Active Networking Equipment - Passive Networking Equipment Bid solicitation documents including equipment descriptions, quantities, evaluation criteria, and terms & conditions can be downloaded from EPADS portal https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk and the official websites www.kppra.gov.pk and www.qhamc.edu.gov.pk. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 28-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders must submit scanned copies of bids on EPADS by or before 11-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of QHAMC MTI-Nowshera. Physical submission by hand, post, courier, email, or fax is not accepted. A non-refundable Tender Fee of PKR 2,000 must be submitted in favor of Hospital Director MTI-Nowshera with the original bank deposit slip in a sealed envelope before the opening date. Bid security of PKR 2.5 million in original form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) is required before the deadline. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KP-KPRA rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the EPADS submission process and ensure all mandatory documents are uploaded correctly to avoid disqualification.
