Installation, Supply, Testing, Commissioning and Support Services for CIR Unshared Connectivity Links in Azad Jammu & Kashmir

The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Electricity Department (AJKED) invites sealed bids from eligible firms registered with the FBR/Inland Revenue Department AJ&K and listed on the active Taxpayer List for the installation, supply, testing, commissioning, and support services of CIR Unshared (uncompressed) connectivity links. This procurement is specifically for connectivity between multiple locations in Azad Jammu & Kashmir including Muzaffarabad, Rawalakot, Mirpur, and Kotli, with the main hub at PITC (WAPDA House Lahore). Items being procured: - CIR Unshared connectivity link from PITC (WAPDA House Lahore) with bandwidth to be decided by the MPLS Aggregate Vendor - CIR Unshared connectivity link to Muzaffarabad with 02 Mbps bandwidth - CIR Unshared connectivity link to Rawalakot with 02 Mbps bandwidth via Fiber/Wireless - CIR Unshared connectivity link to Mirpur with 02 Mbps bandwidth - CIR Unshared connectivity link to Kotli with 02 Mbps bandwidth The scope includes supply and installation of required equipment, testing and commissioning of the links, and ongoing support services at the designated computer centers in Muzaffarabad, Rawalakot, Kotli, and Mirpur. Bidders must comply with the bidding procedure as defined in the AJK PPRA Rules 2017, submitting a bid security of Rs. 300,000 in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Director General Commercial Electricity Muzaffarabad. The bid security must be valid for at least 150 days from the bid opening date. Rates quoted should be exclusive of General Sales Tax and other prevailing taxes in AJ&K. Bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 3rd November 2026 and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Firms blacklisted or in conflict with any government entity in AJ&K, federally administered areas, or Pakistan are prohibited from participation and must submit an affidavit confirming their status. Incomplete or conditional bids, or those with cutting/overwriting without authentication, will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per AJK PPRA Rules 2017.
