Contractors must have PEC registration with specialization code C-06 with specialization code CE-10, active PRA registration, and must provide Income Tax Returns for the last three years. Bidders must also submit Earnest Money in the form of CDR valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS Version 2.0 by 20-10-2026 up to 11:30 AM and will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-PADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) after completing required registration. One practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents including PEC certificate, PRA registration, tax returns, and bid security are complete and valid to avoid rejection. Timely submission via E-PADS is critical as late bids will not be accepted.
