Tender Description
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites tenders for the addition and alteration works of two official residences located in Lahore. The first project involves the addition and alteration of LDA Official Residence No. 690 Humma Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,547,022/- and an earnest money of Rs. 77,400/-. The second project covers the addition and alteration of LDA Official Residence No. 262, Block F1, M.A Johar Town, Lahore with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,828,164/- and an earnest money of Rs. 141,408/-.

- Addition/Alteration of LDA Official Residence No. 262, Block F1, M.A Johar Town
The procurement will be conducted through a single stage one envelope procedure under the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Contractors registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and holding a valid PEC License in the relevant categories (C-6 & Above) along with active NTN and PTN are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit their bids with quoted rates after reviewing the BOQ available on the Punjab e-Procurement System website. The rates and prices quoted online by the contractor will be downloaded from the website. All bids must be accompanied by a digital Bid-Security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost, submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
The tender submission deadline is **28-08-2026 09:30 AM** for the second project and **28-08-2026 09:30 AM** for the first project, with the opening of bids scheduled at 10:00 AM on the same day. No physical or telegraphic bids will be accepted. Conditional bids will not be entertained. The firm or contractor is responsible for all applicable taxes at the time of payment release. PPRA rules will be strictly followed.
