Pre-Qualification of Firms/Contractors for Provision of Certain Facilities and Furniture for Pakistan Navy

Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for provision of facilities and furniture for Pakistan Navy at various locations including Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, and Turbat. The scope includes provision of certain facilities at Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, and Turbat, as well as provision of furniture at Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, and Turbat. Items being procured: - Provision of Certain Facilities at Karachi - Provision of Certain Facilities at Islamabad - Provision of Certain Facilities at Lahore - Provision of Certain Facilities at Turbat - Provision of Furniture at Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore & Turbat Firms/contractors with MES category 'A' & 'B' or other Government departments with relevant experience are eligible to apply. Applicants must provide attested copies of relevant documents including PEC registration, NTN, FBR, and proof of experience. Firms/contractors not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council or without valid PEC number will not be considered. Earnest money deposit of 2% of quoted bid cost in favor of DWC&E (Navy) Islamabad is required. The tenders are to be received in HQ DWC&E (Navy) Sector E-8 Naval Complex, Islamabad by 1130 hours on 20th August 2026 and will be opened on the same date at 1200 hours. Applicants should ensure compliance with PPRA Procurement Code 2004 and submit complete applications. Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical bids with all required documents and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
