Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the addition, rehabilitation, and provision of missing facilities at existing colleges in Mirpurkhas and Shaheed Benazirabad regions, specifically at Government Girls College Mir Wah Gorchani, Mirpurkhas. The College Education Works Department Mirpurkhas requires comprehensive civil works including building construction, internal sanitary and water supply, electrification, and external development. The project involves excavation, reinforced concrete, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and installation of sanitary fittings, all to be executed with quality materials and workmanship in line with the latest standards.
The scope covers structural repairs, new construction of lavatory blocks, compound walls, underground tanks, and water supply and sanitary fittings. The site is located in Mirpurkhas, Sindh, where contractors must consider local climatic and soil conditions. The works demand skilled labor, proper machinery, and adherence to safety and environmental regulations. The contractor must manage logistics, site supervision, and timely completion within 24 months from the commencement date.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and possess valid NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registrations. Compliance with FBR/ATL requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26 is mandatory. The contractor should provide a performance security of 8% of the contract value and submit a bid security of 5%.
