Water And Sanitation Agency (WASA), Rawalpindi invites bids from firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and also registered on Punjab E-Procurement System as per Government of Punjab directions. Bidders must have active tax payer status with FBR and PRA for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Construction of Additional Room & Kitchen of Mr. Rasheed located at Kali Tanki, WASA Rawalpindi (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,504,200) - Construction of Bath Room and Store Room for Quarter No. WW-724 at Kali Tanki, WASA Rawalpindi (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,089,900) The works involve civil construction at the specified site in Rawalpindi. Bidders must submit their bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 13-10-2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM by the Tender Opening Committee via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Manual bids are not acceptable. Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as per bidding documents. Firms/contractors are responsible for all applicable taxes at the time of payment release as per Government of Punjab rules.
