The bidder must comply strictly with the technical specifications and provide clear brand, make, origin, and model details. The delivery location is the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology, NED University, Karachi. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least 3 years of verifiable experience, minimum average annual turnover of Rs 4 million, valid GST and SRB registrations, active taxpayer status, and no history of blacklisting or litigation. Bid security of Rs 0.080 million is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security must reach the Deputy Director Procurement office before tender opening. The deadline for bid submission and opening is as notified in the official NIT.
