Supply, Installation and Integration of U.2 NVMe SSDs for Sangfor HCI Cluster at Sukkur IBA University

Sukkur IBA University invites bids for the supply, installation, and integration of U.2 NVMe SSDs specifically for the Sangfor HCI Cluster located at its main campus in Sukkur. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the existing storage infrastructure with high-performance SSDs to support the university's IT environment. Items being procured: - Three (03) U.2 NVMe SSDs, 7.68 TB, Read and Write Intensive (RWI), 2.5-inch form factor The SSDs must be fully compatible with the existing Sangfor HCI hardware, software stack, Virtual SAN, and storage configuration. The bidder is responsible for verifying compatibility prior to supply and installation. The SSDs must be brand new, genuine, and sourced through authorized channels. Refurbished or used equipment will not be accepted. The scope includes complete installation, configuration, integration, and commissioning services. The bidder must ensure installation without data loss or disruption to the current HCI environment, virtual machines, applications, and services. Post-installation activities include disk recognition, storage-pool expansion, synchronization, cluster health verification, capacity verification, and functionality testing. A minimum three (03) years hardware warranty is required, preferably OEM-backed, covering replacement of defective SSDs at no additional cost. The bidder must provide all necessary technical support, configuration assistance, troubleshooting, and post-installation support. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and GST registration, compliance with technical specifications, three years relevant experience, and no blacklisting by any government or autonomous body. Bid security of Rs. 120,000 (2% of estimated cost) is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual bids will not be considered.
