Tender Description
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites electronic bids for advisory services of an Asset Management Company (AMC) for the investments of NADRA Fund and Funds of its Pension and Gratuity Trusts. This procurement is for non-discretionary advisory services related to Asset Management Company activities for a period of three years. The services include advisory support for investments from Active sales tax and Income tax AMCs holding valid licenses issued by SECP.
Items being procured:
- Advisory Services of Asset Management Company for NADRA Fund and Pension and Gratuity Trusts investments (3 Years)
The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope method in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulations and guidelines issued by the Authority. Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and submit their bids electronically via EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted.
The technical scope includes providing expert advisory services for fund investments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting NADRA's financial management objectives. Bidders must have valid licenses from SECP and be eligible under FBR rules.
Key dates include electronic bid submission by 14th September 2026 at 11:00 am, with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 am. The original hard copy of the Bid Security must be submitted by 14th September 2026 at 11:00 am to avoid disqualification.
Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on EPADS and submission of all required documents to avoid technical issues. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
