This procurement focuses on engaging qualified recovery agents to ensure the collection of outstanding loans from specified defaulters listed with their respective loan amounts and locations.
The scope involves contacting and recovering dues from defaulters who have not fulfilled their repayment obligations. The defaulters are located in rural areas such as 2 Kante in Vehari, 4 Walian in Pakpattan, and 1 Gani 2 Kante in Chiniot, among others. The recovery agents must be familiar with local conditions and legal procedures to effectively manage the recovery process.
Interested bidders should have relevant experience in loan recovery services, be registered with FBR and ATL, and possess a valid NTN. While no specific PEC category applies, firms with a proven track record in financial recovery or legal services will be preferred. Earnest Money and CDR requirements will be detailed in the bidding documents.
The submission deadline is set for 14th June 2024 by 23:59:59. Bidders must submit their technical and financial bids to the Credit Operations Department office located at 159-B/M Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Area, Harbanspura, Lahore. Late submissions will not be entertained.
