Provision of Air Ticketing Services at NUMS Rawalpindi

The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) Rawalpindi is inviting prequalification applications from reputable and experienced IATA-accredited Air Travel Agencies for the provision of comprehensive Air Ticketing Services. This procurement is specifically for NUMS Rawalpindi and aims to engage agencies capable of handling both domestic and international airline ticketing along with associated travel services. Items being procured: - Domestic airline ticketing - International airline ticketing - Hotel reservations - Visa facilitation - Travel insurance - Itinerary planning - Tickets revalidation/refund management - Round the clock 24/7/365 service support for booking and cancellation on as & when required basis The scope of services includes full travel management support with a focus on reliability and continuous availability. Agencies must demonstrate a minimum of five years of relevant experience as registered Travel Agencies. They must hold valid and active IATA membership and be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), compliant with Income & Sales Tax on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The prequalification documents can be obtained from the Procurement Office at NUMS ATR Building Adyala Road Rawalpindi against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 payable via Pay Order in favor of National University of Medical Sciences. Documents are available during working hours from 0800 to 1600 on any working day between Friday 17th July 2026 and Monday 10th August 2026. Applications must be clearly marked as Application for Prequalification of Air Travel Agency and submitted by or before 1000 hours on Monday 10th August 2026. Opening of applications will be on the same day at 1030 hours in the Conference Room, ATR Building NUMS Adyala Road Kachehri Chowk Rawalpindi.
