Provisioning, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ICAO Compliant Air Traffic Management and Voice Communication & Control System at JIAP Karachi and AIIAP Lahore

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has issued a corrigendum for the international invitation to bid regarding the provisioning, installation, testing, and commissioning of an ICAO compliant Air Traffic Management System and Voice Communication & Control System at the Area Control Centers (ACC) of Jinnah International Airport (JIAP) Karachi and Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIAP) Lahore. This procurement is to be executed on a Free on Board (FOB) basis under I/T No. HQPAA/1992/355/XXLN. Items being procured: - Provisioning, installation, testing, and commissioning of ICAO compliant Air Traffic Management System at ACC (S) of JIAP Karachi - Provisioning, installation, testing, and commissioning of ICAO compliant Air Traffic Management System at ACC (S) of AIIAP Lahore - Voice Communication & Control System for both locations The technical scope includes the supply and integration of advanced air traffic management and voice communication systems that meet ICAO standards, ensuring enhanced operational safety and efficiency at two of Pakistan's busiest airports. Bidders must demonstrate experience in similar large-scale aviation technology projects and should be registered with relevant authorities. Earnest Money and other bid securities as per the original tender remain applicable. Bid submission is to be completed by 10-09-2026 at 1130 Hrs at the Logistics Center (S), Log. ANS Branch, Karachi. The opening of bids will take place the same day at 1100 Hrs. All other clauses of the original tender remain unchanged.
