The scope covers delivery of OEM parts with strict adherence to specifications and brand authorization. Suppliers must ensure timely delivery within 30 days for local items and 90 days for imported goods. The technical bid requires detailed documentation including brand names, country of origin, and valid import licenses. The depot will conduct rigorous inspections and testing of samples before purchase orders are finalized.
Bidders should hold valid NTN certificates and MI-Dte security clearance. Compliance with PEC registration and FBR/ATL status is essential for participation. The tender mandates earnest money of 5% of the bid amount via pay order or bank draft. Offers must remain valid until 30 June 2026, and firms with pending deliveries from the previous financial year are ineligible.
Submission deadline is **20 April 2026** by **10:30 AM** at the main gate of CASD (EME), Rawalpindi. Technical bids must be sealed separately from commercial offers, clearly marked and submitted in envelopes. The commercial bids will be opened only after technical evaluation.
