This procurement covers multiple sites including NORE-IV area, PNS Jauhar, PNS Rahnuma, Hanif SRE, Majeed SRE area, and others with individual contract values ranging up to Rs. 3.48 Million. The scope includes construction and allied civil works essential for operational readiness and infrastructure enhancement at naval facilities.
Eligible bidders must be enlisted with MES in an unlimited category or have relevant experience with government departments for similar works. Non-enlisted contractors must provide detailed documentation including performance reports, physical progress certificates, and financial credentials. Earnest money deposits of 2% in government treasury or scheduled banks are mandatory for non-enlisted firms, with a security deposit of Rs. 300,000 required upon acceptance of tender. MES enlisted contractors must submit asset lists, personnel details, GST registration, and NTN certificates.
The tender submission deadline is 21 May 2026 at 11:30 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted via email to the GE (Navy) Karsaz office at PNS Karsaz Karachi. Interested contractors should ensure all technical and financial documents are complete and comply with PPRA rules to avoid disqualification.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the Technical Bid with all required certifications and ensure earnest money receipts are properly documented. This will facilitate smooth pre-qualification and avoid delays in tender processing. Timely submission before the deadline is critical to participate in this competitive opportunity with the Military Engineer Services (Navy).
