Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant specialization codes C-6 & Above, CE-04 (II) or CE-04 (V), and must have valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bidders must submit their bids through the EPADS portal before the closing date and time. The bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee is mandatory.
