Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with PEC in the specified categories, hold a valid Electrical Inspector License for electrical works, and be active on the FBR ATL. Firms must also be registered with KPPRA and submit bids through the E-PADS portal. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be 2% of the estimated cost for each lot, submitted as CDR or Bank Guarantee.
