Procurement of Annual Abkalani Materials, De-weeding, and Repair of Hydraulic Gates and Structures along Link Drains, Sub Drains, Branch Drains and Outfall Drains of T.M.K Drainage Division

The T.M. Khan Drainage Division in Tando Muhammad Khan, Sindh, is inviting sealed quotations for the procurement of annual Abkalani materials, de-weeding, and repair of hydraulic gates and structures along link drains, sub drains, branch drains, and outfall drains for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer of the division and aims to maintain and improve the drainage infrastructure in the region. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category, active NTN and SRB certificates with clearance, and experience in similar works. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 3,050,000 in the form of a bank guarantee or call deposit. The bid validity period is 90 days. All bidding documents must be numbered, signed, and stamped by the bidder. The last date for receipt of applications and issuance of tenders is 28-07-2026 by 12:00 noon, with tender opening at 1:30 PM the same day.
