Annual Calibration of Master Instruments / Equipment

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). The procurement is for the annual calibration of master instruments and equipment as detailed in Annex A. The delivery period is six months after signing the contract. Items being procured: - Annual Calibration of Master Instruments / Equipment as per Annex A Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, or indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or any government/semi-government organization if applicable. Attested copies of registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are required. Audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of the CEO or Director must be provided. Trade links between the firm and OEM should be shown if the bidder is a distributor or agent. A judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred is mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2,000 must be enclosed with the technical bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 03 September 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day.
