Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and possess valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest money as specified per lot is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System by 26-09-2026 at 02:30 PM and will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Municipal Committee Samundri office.
