Tender Description
Municipal Corporation Gujrat invites bids from firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and EP-Punjab for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement is for multiple annual frame work contracts covering rehabilitation and repair of street lights, management of events, road fixtures and furniture, PCC patchwork, and supply of stationary items for Municipal Corporation Gujrat.
Items being procured:
- Annual Frame Work Contract for supply of different items for rehabilitation and repair of street lights
- Annual Frame Work Contract for goods, materials, and services for management of different events
- Annual Frame Work Contract for fixtures and furniture of roads including signage boards, lane marking, paint work of curb stone, medians, and trees
- Annual Frame Work Contract for supply of material for PCC patchwork
- Annual Frame Work Contract for supply of stationary items including computer, printer, files, papers, photocopies
The contracts require adherence to quality standards for materials and workmanship. Bidders must be registered with PEC and EP-Punjab and comply with Government of Punjab directives. Earnest money of 5% of estimated cost is required for each contract. Bids must be submitted electronically via EP-Punjab portal by 03-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or their representatives. Manual bids are not acceptable. The lowest bidder offering 5% or more below estimated cost will provide additional performance security in the form of CDR.
