Construction of Prefabricated Gym at 5th Floor Roof Top Old Block ECP, Secretariate, Islamabad (Providing & Placement of Gym Equipments)

The E&M-Maintenance Division PMOH Maintenance of Public Buildings under the Capital Development Aurhority (CDA) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the construction of a prefabricated gym at the 5th floor rooftop of the old block ECP, Secretariate, Islamabad. This procurement is for the provision and placement of gym equipments as part of the works contract. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and bids are invited under National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must be registered and eligible as per the eligibility criteria including PEC registration for works, FBR registration, and must submit bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration. The contract duration is 30 days from commencement. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by 23rd October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM on EPADS. Interested bidders should register on EPADS and may attend a pre-bid meeting on 14th October 2026 at 12:00 AM in Room # E-109, PM Sectt, Sector G-5, Islamabad.
