E&M and Civil Related Works Required at ECP Secretariate Islamabad

The E&M-Maintenance Division PMOH Maintenance of Public Buildings under the Capital Development Aurhority (CDA) Islamabad invites sealed bids for E&M and civil related works at the ECP Secretariate, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to cover various electrical, mechanical, and civil maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of the secretariate building. Items being procured: - Electric water heater (geyser) 15 Gal capacity - Pakistan Energy Label NEECA approved Copper-winded Ceiling Fan 56" dia - Dismantling brick work in lime or cement mortar - Cement plaster 1:4 upto 20' height - M.S. sheet hollow pressed frame of doors, windows - 1½" thick hollow flush doors and windows with commercial ply - Wall putty application 2mm thickness - Emulsion paint first and subsequent coats - Solid flush doors with Deodar/Ash/Oak ply - Aluminium strip on expansion joints - Remote controllers for Samsung, Hisense, Sony LEDs/Smart TVs - Repair of power bank for UPS in server room - Roller blinds (horizontal) with imported fabric - Plastic body exhaust fans 12" and 8" dia - LED lights 24 watt round shape surface mounted - Light plug sockets 5 Amp - Replacement of burnt out blower motor for 2 Ton AC - Repair of PCB card for 2 Ton AC - Closing and locking arrangement for existing glass door - Wall bracket fans 18" dia - Pedestal fan 24" dia - Wooden box type wardrobe and shoe rack - Repair/refixing of AC unit leakage - Replacement of rotary compressor for 2 Ton AC - Installation and commissioning of 2 Ton split type DC inverter AC units - Replacement of lift call buttons - Copper pipes and aero flex insulation sleeves for AC units - Flexible hose pipe for condensate drain - Angle iron brackets for AC outdoor units - Wrapping tape for AC copper pipes - PVC hard panel at monogram (PADRM) at ECP Secretariate The scope includes supply, installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and civil works as per the detailed Bill of Quantities and specifications. All works must be carried out to the satisfaction of the Engineer Incharge and in accordance with approved standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories, have valid FBR/ATL registration, and meet the experience and financial criteria as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or bid securing declaration is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal by 23rd October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Interested bidders should register on EPADS and may attend the pre-bid meeting scheduled for 16th October 2026 at Room # E-109, PM Secretariat, Sector G-5, Islamabad.
