Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites qualified bidders for the Annual Maintenance of DELL Storage at PSO House, Karachi. This contract covers a comprehensive two-year maintenance service with a 24x7x365 Service Level Agreement (SLA) effective from November 16, 2026, to November 15, 2028. Items being procured: - DELL EMC Unity 380F Storage System with Serial Number DE405213176162 The scope includes hardware maintenance, software updates, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and on-site hardware support. The bidder must be a DELL Authorized Business Partner in Pakistan with a valid partnership certificate and Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) for hardware maintenance services. Experience of servicing DELL Enterprise storages for at least two public listed or equivalent corporate companies in the last three years is mandatory, supported by official purchase or service orders. Certified DELL System/Storage Engineers with a minimum of five years experience must be available. Parts stocking for critical components must be maintained in Karachi with an authorized parts depot. The bidder must ensure a 2-hour response time and adhere to SLA resolution times, with escalation procedures involving DELL if unresolved. Support must include emergencies and detailed DELL international contracts must be submitted. Replacement of failed components within 24 hours is required to avoid service interruption. The bidder shall assign a designated contract administrator and perform site environmental surveys to prevent downtime. Eligibility requires valid registration with the Income Tax Department/FBR and NTN/STN. Payment will be made upfront for two years in PKR based on SBP exchange rates, with commercial invoices submitted in USD and PKR.
