Annual Maintenance and Operation of Irrigation Works in Dir Lower and Dir Upper for 2026-27

The Irrigation Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders for the Annual Maintenance and Operation (AM&R) works for the fiscal year 2026-27. The works are spread across various irrigation canals and schemes in Dir Lower and Dir Upper. Contractors must be enlisted with the Irrigation Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on the EPAD system and hold PEC category CE-6 or above. Valid FBR status, KPRA registration, and relevant experience are mandatory. The tender requires submission of scanned documents including the BOQ, CNIC, PEC license, enlistment proof, KPRA registration, and FBR status in a single PDF file via the EPADS portal before the closing date. Earnest Money or Bid Security must be 2% of the estimated cost, submitted as scanned CDRs. The bid opening will be on 10th August 2026 at 2:30 PM, with the submission deadline at 2:00 PM the same day. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 4th August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Executive Engineer’s office.
