The works demand firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under relevant codes (CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, EE-05, ME-01, ME-06) and active registration on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bidders must submit Earnest Money (2% of estimated cost) in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee and pay a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 per tender. The tender documents are available on the KPPRA E-PADS portal and bids must be uploaded electronically by 11:00 AM on 6th August 2026.
