Tender Description
The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) is procuring annual maintenance and repair works for residential and non-residential buildings located in Hazara Circle-I Abbottabad and Hazara Circle-II Mansehra for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement is specific to the Hazara Division in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and involves comprehensive civil works to maintain and repair various buildings under the company’s jurisdiction.
The technical scope includes maintenance and repair of structural elements, finishing works, and other related civil works necessary to keep the buildings functional and safe. The works cover a range of residential and non-residential properties, ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance. Bidders should be prepared to mobilize eligible materials and equipment originating from approved sources as per the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). All bids must be accompanied by a Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee as Earnest Money.

The deadline for bid submission is Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not entertained.
