This contract includes comprehensive operation and maintenance services for the 210-Ton DunhamBush Screw Chiller and the 60-Ton Air-Cooled Water Chiller, along with associated HVAC equipment. Items being procured: - HVAC Supervisor Services (400 days) - HVAC Operator Services (1200 days) - Assistant HVAC Operator Services (1600 days) The scope covers round-the-clock supervision, preventive maintenance, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and emergency management of chillers, air handling units, fresh air units, pumps, cooling tower, and all auxiliary HVAC equipment. The contractor is responsible for maintaining equipment logs, safety compliance, and coordination with PSO engineering personnel. The contract requires qualified HVAC technicians with relevant experience and technical qualifications. The contract includes cleaning and maintenance of AHU/FAU coils and filters, operation and preventive maintenance of chillers, pumps, and cooling towers, and ensuring uninterrupted cooling services to various manufacturing units. The contractor must provide all tools, PPE, and safety equipment and respond within 2 hours to any breakdown notifications.
