Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the refurbishment of Dispensing Units (DUs) at the CF site of M/s Hub Gasoline, Karachi Division. This procurement covers comprehensive maintenance and refurbishment works to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with OEM standards at the specified location. Items being procured: - Providing and fixing of new Display Board (Model: EP-1631-G01), Qty: 4 - Providing and fixing of new Panel Blank Side (White Colour, Model: 2005 GDA Tatsuno DU), Qty: 4 - Providing and fixing of new Panel Door Display Side (White Colour, Model: GDA 2005 Tatsuno DU), Qty: 4 - Providing and fixing of Automatic Nozzle (Imported, Model: 11-B USN), Qty: 6 - Providing and fixing of DU flexible pipe, Qty: 3 - Providing and fixing of Preset Board (Model: EP-1634-D1), Qty: 2 - Providing and fixing of GDA Nozzle Hanger (Imported), Qty: 1 - Providing & installation of Sunny XE Tatsuno Panel Door, Qty: 4 - Providing & installation of Sunny XE Display Sticker, Qty: 3 - Providing & installation of LCD for Display Board (Part Model #: 1270 Sunny XE tatsuno DU), Qty: 2 - Providing & installation of Preset Sticker for Sunny XE, Qty: 3 - Providing services for installation of new plastic cover for Breakaway couplings, Qty: 3 - Providing services to replace 12 ft Hosepipe ¾" for fuel dispenser, Qty: 2 - Providing and fixing of new DU emergency button complete set, Qty: 3 - Providing and fixing of 10-key sheet for Sunny XE, Qty: 2 - Providing and fixing of 16-key sheet for Sunny XE, Qty: 2 - Providing and fixing of new display Glass for Panel door of Sunny XE DU, Qty: 2 - Providing and fixing of new display sticker for Panel door of Sunny XE DU, Qty: 4 - Providing and fixing of new Keypad and Display stickers, Qty: 4 - Providing and fixing of new display assembly of Sunny XE DU, Qty: 2 - Providing services for Painting of Dispensing Unit and replacement of DU graphics, Qty: 5 The scope includes removal of existing graphics, application of fresh 2k spray paint in white color, cleaning, scrapping, preparation of base, pasting of new graphics as per PSO standards (3M/Avery), and minor denting/repair works of all panel doors and DU bodies. All materials, tools, transportation, and labor charges are included. Bidders must ensure compliance with PSO safety and security rules, provide all necessary PPEs, and follow HSE standards strictly. The contractor is responsible for risk assessment, safe work planning, and ensuring licensed operators for specialized equipment. Work must be supervised continuously and conducted during approved hours only. Interested bidders should have relevant experience and comply with all PSO requirements.
