Annual Procurement of Stationery, Furniture, Electrical and Miscellaneous Items

Miscellaneous items include domestic utensils, cleaning supplies, insecticides, and water dispensers. The technical scope requires all items to meet specified quality standards, with original and compatible toners subject to strict evaluation including sample testing and warranty provisions. The supply location is P-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad, with delivery schedules mostly within 27 days. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft at 2% of the quoted bid amount is mandatory. The contract period is valid until June 30, 2027, with possible extension until the next tender finalization. Eligibility criteria include valid Sales Tax Registration, National Tax Number, Vendor Number, and an affidavit confirming no litigation or blacklisting. The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
