Annual Rate Contract for Hiring of Janitorial Services and Repair & Maintenance of HVAC System

GMC Teaching Hospital Gujranwala invites sealed bids for the Financial Year 2026-2027 from firms having established credentials in terms of technical, financial and managerial capabilities for the following items: Items being procured: - Annual rate contract for hiring of Janitorial Services - Annual Rate Contract for Repair & Maintenance of HVAC System The procurement will be conducted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents containing all terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications can be downloaded online at the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and Punjab E-Procurement System before the closing date and time. Bids must be submitted/uploaded online and will be opened in the presence of contractors or their representatives at 11:00 AM on 16-09-2026. This tender follows a single stage, two envelope bidding procedure as per 38(2)(a) PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Bid security of 1% of the estimated amount for janitorial services and 2% for HVAC maintenance must be submitted electronically on the e-Procurement system. No physical financial instruments such as CDR or bank guarantees will be accepted. The successful bidders will be required to sign the contract and furnish a 5% performance guarantee electronically. Bidders must submit company profiles including technical, engineering, managerial capabilities, after sales services (if applicable), past experience, and performance along with their technical and financial bids. All federal and provincial taxes will apply as per rules. Firms are advised to quote only one offer carrying the best value for money. Bids must be complete with proper page numbers, checklists, and table of contents. Incomplete offers will not be entertained.
