Tender Description
Jinnah Hospital Lahore is inviting bids for the Annual Repair Maintenance Contract of the Angiography Machine for the financial year 2026-27, with an option to extend for two additional years based on satisfactory performance. This procurement is specifically for the maintenance and repair services of the angiography machine located at Jinnah Hospital in Lahore.

The scope of work includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services to ensure the angiography machine operates efficiently throughout the contract period. The contract is extendable for two more years subject to performance evaluation. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with all relevant registration authorities and tax departments. The bidding process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, amended to date, and will be conducted through a single-stage two-envelope procedure.
Eligible bidders include manufacturers, sole agents, or authorized agents of foreign principals engaged in trading. They must provide a bid security of up to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of an e-Procurement System deposit. Technical and financial proposals must include brand names and model numbers. Hard copies of bids are not required.
The deadline for online bid submission is **17-08-2026 at 10:30 AM** via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/). Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening.
