Annual Repair & Maintenance of AOM&R (Electrical / Mechanical) WSS During 2026-27 in PHE Division South Waziristan Lower

The Public Health Engineering Division South Waziristan Lower invites electronic bids from eligible Government Registered Contractors on a single stage double envelope procedure for the annual repair and maintenance of AOM&R (Electrical / Mechanical) Water Supply Schemes during the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Annual Repair & Maintenance of AOM&R (Electrical / Mechanical) WSS at Sub Division South Waziristan Lower The scope includes repair and maintenance works related to electrical and mechanical components of water supply schemes within the jurisdiction of PHE Division South Waziristan Lower. Contractors must have workshop facilities within the division capable of handling all related repair works. Failure to maintain workshop presence will result in non-responsiveness. Eligibility criteria require contractors to submit photocopies of CNIC, PEC Registration Certificate bearing codes CE-09 and CE-10, Renewal Receipt, Enlistment Certificate, and Active Taxpayer Certificates from FBR and KPPRA. Technical bids must include relevant financial documents such as bank statements showing financial capacity, with funds readily available up to 20% of the estimated cost. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory, along with separate CDRs for stamp duty as per revised rates and a 0.03% tender fee of the estimated amount. Bidders must also attach an original or copy of an electric license Class E issued by the Electric Inspector Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, renewed for 2026-27. Affidavits on stamp paper attested by an Oath Commissioner declaring no scheme will remain un-operational regardless of fund availability must be submitted. Additionally, contractors must upload a stamp paper with their workshop address duly attested by an Oath Commissioner, which will be verified by the Executive Engineer and Sub Divisional Officer before bid acceptance. The last date for submission of sealed bids is **05 October 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. Financial bids opening date will be announced after evaluation of technical bids. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the terms and conditions to avoid disqualification or debarment. The procuring entity reserves the right to cancel the tender at any time with cogent reason.
