Fabrication and Supply of Solid Waste Machinery for TMA Dara Adam Khel

The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Dara Adam Khel invites sealed bids through the E-PADS portal for the fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery. This procurement is based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi Annual) and includes non-MRS items as specified. Eligible contractors, fabricators, and manufacturers with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration for the current financial year, enlistment with the Local Council Board, active KPRA registration, and FBR active status are invited to participate. Items being procured: - Fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of Hydraulic Mini Dumper Bodies (CHANGAN SHERPA POWER 1.2L) - Quantity: 2 - Fabrication, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Heavy-Duty Tractor Trolleys compatible with Millat Tractor MF-260 (60 HP) - Quantity: 1 - Fabrication, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Front-End Loader and Backhoe Attachment on Millat Tractor Model MF-385 (85 HP), 4WD - Quantity: 1 The scope includes complete fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, painting, and delivery of machinery in fully operational condition with a minimum one-year warranty from the date of commissioning. The successful bidder will also provide operational training to the staff of the procuring entity. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids through E-PADS and send sealed envelopes to the TMA office at Eagle Fort Complex, Dara Adam Khel via registered courier before the deadline. Bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the form of CDR in favor of TMO TMA Dara Adam Khel is required. Bids will be opened on 12th October 2026 at 1:30 PM.
