Pre-Qualification of Firms/Workshops for Repair and Maintenance of Machinery, Equipment, Furniture, Building, IT Equipment for Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination

The Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination (IPC) Islamabad invites pre-qualification applications from eligible firms and workshops for repair and maintenance services covering Machinery & Equipment, Furniture & Fixture, Hardware, Repair & Maintenance of Building and Structure, Other Miscellaneous items, and IT Equipment. This pre-qualification is intended to shortlist capable service providers for subsequent Invitation to Bids and contract awards for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of Machinery & Equipment - Repair and maintenance of Furniture & Fixture - Repair and maintenance of Hardware - Repair and maintenance of Building and Structure - Repair and maintenance of Computer Hardware / Software and IT Equipment - Other related services and miscellaneous items The scope requires firms/workshops with complete setups including garages/workshops, availability of genuine spare parts, and qualified technical experts based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Firms must be registered with FBR and Sales Tax Departments, appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and have at least two years of relevant experience. Earnest money of Rs. 50,000/- in the form of bank draft or call deposit in favor of Section Officer (General), Ministry of IPC is mandatory. Secure parking for official vehicles and warranty on replaced or repaired items is required. The Ministry reserves the right to conduct physical inspections of workshops before pre-qualification. Applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by **Monday, October 5, 2026 at 10:30 AM**. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Interested bidders must register on EPADS (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/) and can seek clarifications through the portal. The Ministry emphasizes adherence to anti-corruption and blacklisting policies as per PPRA rules. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including valid registration certificates, financial soundness proof, and non-blacklisting affidavits are complete and uploaded on EPADS to avoid disqualification. Also, clearly state GST inclusion/exclusion in your rates and be prepared for immediate service calls including odd hours.
