Annual Repair and Maintenance of Civil, Plumbing, Electrical and Allied Works at University of Swabi Main and Old Campus for FY 2026-27

The University of Swabi, a Government Chartered University, invites electronic bids through EPADS from eligible firms and contractors for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of Civil, Plumbing, Electrical and Allied Works at the Main Campus and Old Campus of the University for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is based on a Framework Contract under clause 31A of KP-PPRA Rules 2014 and follows the MRS 2025 – 1st Bi-Annual schedule. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of civil works - Plumbing works - Electrical works - Allied maintenance works The scope includes comprehensive upkeep of university infrastructure covering civil repairs, plumbing installations and maintenance, electrical system servicing, and allied works at both campuses. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories C-06 or CE-10, registered with KPRA, and hold active NTN registration with FBR. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 28-08-2026 before 2:00 PM, with bid opening at 2:30 PM the same day. Tender processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- is payable via online deposit or Demand Draft to UBL Swabi Branch Account No. (0323)204459398. Original bid security and processing fee receipts must be submitted to the Director Works office before the deadline. Bids below 10% of the estimate require 2% bid security; bids 10-20% below require additional 8% security; bids more than 20% below require additional security equal to the difference plus detailed rate analysis. The University reserves the right to cancel any or all bids under Rule 47 of KP-PPRA.
