Tender Description
Pakistan Railways Peshawar invites electronic bids under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure based on percentage rates of Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates-2016 (PRCSR-2016) for civil works and supply of materials. The bidding is open to contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with valid registration for financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27 in the specialized code, registered with Federal Board of Revenue and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Submission of CDR in the name of the firm/agency is mandatory.
Items being procured:
- Special Repair to Bungalow No.48-B in Rest House Colony at Peshawar Cantt (03 Months)
- Supply / Procurement of Building Material to Inspector of Works / P.R / Peshawar for Maintenance of Residential Buildings (01 Month)
- Supply / Procurement of Paint Material to Assistant Engineer Bridges / P.R / Peshawar for Painting of Major / Minor Bridges, Platform Shelters, Foot Over Bridges, Turntables & Sheds (01 Month)
The scope includes civil repair works at bungalow, supply of building materials for residential maintenance, and paint materials for various railway infrastructure in Peshawar division. Bidders must ensure compliance with PEC registration, FBR registration, and provide earnest money as specified. Tender documents are available online at the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) portal. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 hours on 15 October 2026. The technical bid must be accompanied by scanned copy of bid security in form of CDR/Pay Order. Original bid security must be submitted to the office of Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Peshawar by 11:30 hours on the same day. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders or their representatives.
