Annual Service Level Agreement for Data Centre Maintenance and Support

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi, is procuring an Annual Service Level Agreement for Data Centre Maintenance and Support at its City Campus located on Kiyani Shaheed Road, Karachi. This procurement is aimed at ensuring continuous and reliable maintenance of the IT Data Centre infrastructure, which includes electrical systems, UPS units, air conditioning, fire suppression, access control, CCTV surveillance, and other critical components. The technical scope covers quarterly preventive maintenance of electrical distribution boards, UPS systems excluding batteries, comfort air conditioners, IT rack auto transfer switches, fire suppression systems, very early smoke detection systems, access control systems, CCTV cameras, and shoe wrapping machine consumables. Additionally, half-yearly cleaning and janitorial services for the Data Centre are included. The selected firm will be responsible for diagnostics, fault resolution, and maintaining necessary spares to meet the service level agreement requirements. Eligible bidders must hold a valid PEC license in categories EE04, EE03, or EE11, be active taxpayers with NTN and STRN registration, and have a minimum annual turnover of PKR 7 million over the last three years. Experience of at least three years in relevant maintenance services is mandatory. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of IBA Karachi. The tender was published on June 12, 2026, with a closing date and time of June 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online via the SPPRA EPADS portal and the original bid security and signed documents delivered to the Tender Box at the Security Office, Gate #4, IBA Main Campus, Karachi before the deadline. The tender opening will occur on the same day at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 15, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the IBA City Campus. Bidders are advised to attend this visit to fully understand the site conditions and technical requirements. One practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all supporting documents, including bid security and PEC license, are complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification.
