Procurement of Answer Sheets and Title Covers for Annual Examinations 2026-27

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi invites bids for the procurement of answer sheets and title covers required for the annual examinations 2026-27. This notice is intended for reputable suppliers with experience in printing and supplying examination materials. The procurement process will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System, and all interested bidders must submit their bids online as per the instructions provided. Items being procured: - Answer Sheets (24 pages, size 8.25 x 13.25 inches), quantity: 2,000,000, estimated price: Rs. 36,900,000, bid security: Rs. 1,845,000 - Answer Sheets (32 pages, size 8.25 x 13.25 inches), quantity: 800,000, estimated price: Rs. 19,360,000, bid security: Rs. 968,000 - Title Covers (8 pages, size 8.25 x 13.25 inches), quantity: 800,000, estimated price: Rs. 3,660,000, bid security: Rs. 183,000 All items must be printed on virgin pulp paper with a minimum brightness of 80% (+/- 3%) and a GSM of 68 (+/- 3%). The answer sheets and title covers must meet the quality standards specified by the Board. Bidders are required to submit a bid security as mentioned above for each lot. Only those firms registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. The deadline for bid submission is 05-11-2026 at 12:30 PM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal.
