Appointment of Transaction Advisor for Proposed Joint Venture at Mouza Charahan, Angori Road, District Murree

The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27. The FGEHA intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for consultancy services for the Appointment of Transaction Advisor for the Proposed Joint Venture at Mouza Charahan, Angori Road, District Murree. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for Appointment of Transaction Advisor for Proposed Joint Venture at Mouza Charahan, Angori Road, District Murree. The procurement will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All proposals must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as described in the bidding documents. Proposals must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, November 10, 2026, 12:00 PM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified as per Rules 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
