The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms for the architectural illumination of several important government buildings located at Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. The project includes illumination works for the Election Commission, Federal Constitutional Court, Federal Ombudsman, AG Office, COMSTECH, Kohsar Block, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Islamabad High Court. Items being procured: - Architectural illumination works for Election Commission building - Illumination of Federal Constitutional Court - Lighting works for Federal Ombudsman office - Illumination of AG Office - Lighting for COMSTECH building - Illumination of Kohsar Block - Lighting works for Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Illumination of Islamabad High Court The scope covers electrical and mechanical works related to architectural lighting, requiring valid Electrical License issued by Electrical Inspector Islamabad. The works will be executed in Rawalpindi/Islamabad area. Bidders must be registered with PPRA on EPADS v2.0 and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) License Category 4 with codes EE-04 and EE-06. NTN and GST registration with FBR is mandatory. Earnest money in the form of CDR amounting to Rs. 4,347,550/- must be submitted with the technical bid.
