Procurement of H.T. (Structure) 45' Power Transmission Steel Towers

The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of H.T. (Structure) 45' power transmission steel towers as per NTDC Specifications (DDS-78:2008 amended to date). This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to strengthen the power transmission infrastructure in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - H.T. (Structure) 45' Power transmission steel towers, Quantity: 951 units, Delivery: Free delivery to HAZECO Regional Store Abbottabad, Delivery schedule: 60-180 days. The technical scope includes supply of steel towers conforming to NTDC standards, ensuring quality and durability for power transmission applications. Inspection will be conducted at the supplier's premises by Chief Engineer (MI) PPMC Lahore jointly with CEO HAZECO Abbottabad or authorized representatives. Bidders must provide a bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee and submit bids electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal. Original bid security must be submitted physically at HAZECO HQ, Abbottabad before the deadline. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be active taxpayers with valid FBR registration, have prior experience with DISCOs or WAPDA formations for similar materials, and not be blacklisted. Joint ventures are allowed with up to two members. Bidders must comply with all bidding document requirements including submission of technical data, financial reports, and integrity pact. The deadline for bid submission is Friday, November 13, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM on the same day via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted.
